Full Gold
Full Gold restorations have routinely been used in the dental field for many years. They can be used for many restorations such as crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, and consist of either non-precious or precious gold alloys. The Full Gold crowns key attribute is its longevity and significantly minimal risk of fracture. It is also very gentle on the opposing teeth, similar to natural teeth, as opposed to porcelain restorations. With high biocompatibility, no other restoration can deliver the dependable results of this material.

Feather edge margin preparations are indicated for Full Gold restorations, but any margin preparation may be used.
- Panavia 21 (must be template if precious is used)

- Zinc Phosphate Polycarboxylate Resin Ionomer Cement (Relyx, 3M ESPE)

PFM
PFM, or porcelain fused to metal, crowns and bridges are a timeless and standard restoration due to their high rate of clinical success. PFM crowns are offered in High Noble, Noble, and Base Metal Alloys. The metal provides flexible stability and strength while the bonded porcelain provides the hardness, color, contour, and function. These traits mimic the performance and esthetics of dentin and enamel in natural dentition. PFM can be used for crowns, bridges (up to 14 units), and in conjunction with cast partials or implants. They are not recommended for patients with a metal allergy or if the clinical tooth crown is very short, lacking 3mm ferrule for crown retention.
