Each denture is made with quality teeth to mimic natural dentition and provide an esthetic final result; premium teeth are also available for restoration upon request. The denture teeth are set in a wax base so you may try them in prior to processing it to completion. This allows for changes to be made that suits the patients needs. After you have approved the look of your custom denture, we will process and finish it in a permanent acrylic base material. It’s like designing you own smile with optimal fit and function with the patients comfort in mind!
Solvay Ultaire is an exceptional alternative to traditional frames fabricated out of medical-grade high-performance acrylketone polymer. Its advantages over metal are numerous; they are more efficient for the laboratory as well as the dental practice, provides a better fit and increased esthetics to disguise clasps. It is significantly more lightweight and biocompatible than your traditional partials.
An RPD, or removable partial denture, is fabricated using the latest in denture materials and custom design. The base of the dental prosthetic includes a framework that’s made from either a low-irritant metal such as titanium or cobalt-chromium or a metal-free alternative such as high-performance acrylic polymer. We can cosmetically blend partials with the patient’s natural teeth for an attractive look and comfortable bite by providing gum-colored coating that holds the replacement teeth adjoining the natural teeth via the metal base clasps.
Valplast (FRS) Flexible
Valplast FRS partials are a biocompatible nylon thermoplastic that has physical and esthetic properties that allow unlimited design versatility. The material ensures an effective partial providing consistent, esthetic, and durable results. It is a strong, metal-free partial that provides more support, more natural blending tissue appearance, and do not have to be tightened; they are molded around the teeth to provide a more secure fit. Valplast partials are stronger, more stain-resistant, and less likely to fracture. It offers easy chairside adjustments if necessary by easy grinding. It is easy to grind, monomer, and metal-free can be adjusted chairside. There is a minimum requirement of 5.5mm occlusal clearance
Flexible materials for removable partial dentures (RPDs) make a better and stronger appliance faster. Flexible material reduces chair time, eliminates invasive procedures, and the cumbersome materials associate with rigid partials. Flexibility removes many of the unwanted aspects of metal partials. There are fewer steps in the treatment process because the preparation of natural teeth is unnecessary. Without the metal frame, the fabrication and try-in process has been simplified significantly.
